All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and the tracking number will be sent to you.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Returns

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date.

You have two options. We will credit your account with the amount of your purchase once the item has been received; or

you can request a full refund and receive the purchase price, excluding the shipping. This will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise.

We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.
